Website information
Lemon Empire is the name of this website. Its public pages are Brands, Journal and Contact. Member access is by invitation after an application has been reviewed. For correspondence about the website, write to office@lemonempire.de.
Privacy
Applications
To apply for member access, you provide your first name, last name, organisation, organisation type, country, email address and reason for applying. Title and middle name are optional. The selected language is also saved. Applications are private and reviewed manually. Applying does not create an account or grant access.
Member information
If access is approved, Supabase Auth handles email and password sign-in. Your member profile contains the same name, organisation and country fields, plus your selected language. Application and account identifiers, approval and invitation information, and relevant dates are kept to manage access. You can edit your profile; login email and approval status are controlled separately. The application remains a separate record after onboarding.
Hosting and email
Vercel hosts the website. Supabase stores application, profile and membership records; the configured database is in Frankfurt. Provider processing can also take place outside the EU, including in the United States. Resend sends invitation and password-recovery emails in the account's saved language. The email request includes your address and the message containing the confirmation link. These messages use access@auth.lemonempire.de, with replies directed to office@lemonempire.de.
Cookies and abuse prevention
Authentication cookies keep your sign-in session. A separate confirmation cookie supports password setup or recovery and expires after 15 minutes. To limit repeated requests, the website stores keyed hashes derived from an IP address or email address, request counts and expiry times. Those counter records do not contain the original IP or email address. The website has no analytics or advertising integration. Service providers also keep operational logs, which are separate from website analytics.
Retention
Applications and member records are not deleted automatically, including after an application is rejected, onboarding is completed or an account is closed. Authentication sessions, confirmation links and abuse-prevention counters retain their separate expiry and cleanup rules.
Contact and requests
The contact link opens your email application. For questions, corrections or a request to remove application or member data, write to office@lemonempire.de. Data-removal requests are handled manually; there is no automatic account-deletion option on the website.
